About CREDAWARD
「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」创立于2014年，以其权威性、综合性、国际性在业内富有盛名。评委团由海内外顶尖学术专家和中国TOP级具有建筑学背景的开发者组成。十年来，坚持严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被业内誉为“最具公信力大奖之一”，并成为业主寻找优质设计公司的重要途径。
第十届「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」收到312家机构申报，共计746份项目作品。迄今累计共邀请到35个国家和地区的业主单位和全球知名设计机构参与，参与评选作品9,147份。
The 10TH CREDAWARD received 746 entries from 312 participating companies. After 10-year development,CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 35 countries and regions with 9,147 outstanding projects to participate in the award.

For the first time in 11 years, the only entry ticket is the work
With the global economic slowdown, we realize that every urban developer, architect and designer is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.
为了鼓励和表彰这些内心坚持热爱的设计师们，我们突破十年“不变规则”，首次免除申报费用，以作品为唯一的入场条件，希望打造一个更加开放和包容的评选环境，让每一位设计师都能在一个公平的平台上，有机会充分展示自己作品的价值，为行业注入新的活力，共同推动行业的可持续发展。
In order to encourage and recognize these designers who persist in their passion, we break the ten-year “unchanged rules”, waived the application fee for the first time, and take the works as the only entry condition. CREDAWARD hopes to create a more open and inclusive selection environment, so that every designer can have the opportunity to fully demonstrate the value of their works on a fair platform, inject new vitality into the industry, and jointly promote the sustainable development of the industry.
